REFUND POLICY

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we do not offer refunds or an exchanges.

If item is defective or arrives damaged we will cover the cost of a return or replacement.  Please send photos to email address below along with your order information.

Please note we need to be notified of a defective or damaged product within 7 days of receipt.

Return requests that are the result of the customer not reading the details; including size, color, purpose, material, etc, we will be accepted for return if unused, undamaged,  and in original packaging; however the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. 

Once we receive the return, we will verify it has not been opened or used. If the item is returned in the same condition as sent, we will issue a refund for the price of the item.

Items that are returned to sender because of an invalid address given by customer, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping if they want us to reship the package.

We will notify you of the return and send you an invoice for the shipping cost. If customer does not want us to reship the item, a refund will be issued for the price of the item less the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Requests
If an order has not shipped, you can request a cancellation.

Any order over $25 that is canceled prior to shipment will incur a 6% fee on the entire order amount. This is deducted from the refund amount when a an order is made and then a request for cancellation is received prior to shipment in order to cover a 6% cancellation fee charged to us by our Credit Card Processor.  As a small family owned business, we cannot absorb these costs on large purchases. 

If the order is canceled due to a change of address, change of payment method, or any other issue beyond the customer's control, the 6% fee will not be charged if the error is corrected and the order is processed. Repeated cancellation requests will not receive a refund or discount on this fee.

If a canceled order is requested for processing, we will provide a 6% credit prior to finalizing the charges to your credit card. This 6% fee for an order will only be refunded once.

We cannot cancel items that have already been shipped.  If you would like to return the item once you receive it, the buyer is responsible for paying for return postage. We recommend sending the item back with tracking to ensure that we receive the items. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund less the cost of the original shipping.

We do our best to be reasonable and work with our customers and may make exceptions to this policy per our discretion on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have questions and we will respond within ten business days.
